This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the CardOmi application (“Service”) and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

Interpretation and Definitions

Definitions

• Application: the software program named CardOmi that you download on a device.
• Company (referred to as “the Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”): CardOmi (or your publicly listed developer name, if different).
• Device: any device that can access the Service, such as a mobile phone or tablet.
• Personal Data: any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service: refers to the Application.

Information We Collect

The Application itself does not require user registration and does not directly collect personal information.
However, certain third-party services integrated within the Application (such as Google Mobile Ads SDK) may collect limited data as described below.

Advertising and Third-Party SDKs

CardOmi uses Google AdMob (and/or Google Ad Manager) to display advertisements within the Application.

Google AdMob may automatically collect certain information for advertising and analytics purposes, including:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID / IDFA)
• Approximate location (to deliver regionally relevant ads)
• App usage data (such as number of sessions or ad interactions)

You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your device’s privacy settings:

• Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → Disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track”

Subscriptions & Payments

The Application offers subscription-based premium features under a Freemium model.
Subscriptions, payments, and renewals are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms.

• Subscriptions may auto-renew unless canceled.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device account settings.
• We do not store or have access to your payment information; payment data is processed by Apple or Google.
• Refunds, trials, and billing disputes are subject to the respective store policies.

Third-Party Services & Data Sharing

• The Application integrates Google AdMob for in-app advertising.
• AdMob may share limited anonymous identifiers with other Google advertising services for fraud prevention and ad optimization.
• Except for Google’s services as described above, CardOmi does not share personal information with any other third parties.

If new third-party analytics or advertising SDKs are added in the future, this Policy will be updated to describe their purposes and data scope.

Location Information

The Application does not collect precise real-time GPS location data.
However, Google Ads may infer approximate location (e.g., city-level) based on device signals to serve relevant ads.

Opt-Out Rights

You may stop all processing (currently limited to third-party ad services) by uninstalling the Application using your device’s standard procedures.
You may also disable personalized advertising through your device’s privacy settings.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We also do not serve personalized ads to children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at the address below so that we can take appropriate actions.
In some jurisdictions, you must be at least 16 years old to consent to data processing.

Security, Retention & International Transfers

• Security: Because the Application itself does not collect user data, there is no risk of unauthorized access or leakage on our side.
• Retention: We do not store user data; therefore, no data retention period applies.
• International Transfers: Ad-related data processed by Google may be transferred to servers located in other countries under Google’s global privacy framework.

Customer Support & Diagnostic Information

When you contact our support team via in-app email (“Contact Us”), the message may automatically include limited diagnostic information to help us resolve issues more efficiently.

• Masked Account ID (first 12 characters of your server-generated account key)
• Masked Device ID (first 8 characters of your device’s identifier for vendor, IDFV)
• App version, iOS version, and device model

These details are used solely for troubleshooting purposes. The Account ID and Device ID are partially masked to prevent misuse and cannot directly identify you. No diagnostic data is sent automatically — you choose whether to send the email.

We may update this section if additional diagnostic or support data are collected in future versions.

The Application may contain links to third-party websites or store pages not operated by us.
We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.
Please review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
Material changes will be posted on this page and take effect upon publication.
