• All readings are generated by automated computational systems and are for entertainment and reference purposes only
• Automated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or metaphorical interpretations that may not apply to your specific situation
• You should not rely solely on automated readings for important decisions
• We continuously work to improve our interpretation engine, but cannot guarantee the quality or suitability of any specific reading

4. Entertainment Disclaimer

You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• All tarot readings are for entertainment purposes only
• Readings do not predict the future and should not be relied upon for making life decisions
• The App does not provide professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the readings
• We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of any reading
• Reading results have no legal binding force and cannot be used as evidence or basis for any legal matters

5. In-App Purchases

Metaphor Tarot offers consumable in-app purchases. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Consumable items are used immediately upon purchase and cannot be transferred
• Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable
• We do not manage or store your payment information

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the App

• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the past 12 months
