UpDue does not collect, upload, or store your personal data on any external server.
- Subscription information you manually enter (stored locally on your device)
- Local app preferences (such as notification settings)
3. How Your Data Is Used
- Display your subscriptions and upcoming charges
- Calculate summaries based on your input
- Send local notifications before billing dates (if enabled)
4. Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored locally on your device by default
- No data is transmitted to UpDue servers
- Data may be lost if the app is uninstalled or the device is reset
5. Third-Party Services
UpDue does not share your subscription data with third parties.
In-app purchases are processed by the App Store or Google Play. A third-party purchase management service may be used to manage purchase status and entitlements. No subscription content data is shared.
6. Notifications
The App may request notification permission to remind you before subscription charges occur. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device only.
7. Children’s Privacy
UpDue is not intended for children under the age of 13.

By downloading or using UpDue, these terms will automatically apply to you. You should read them carefully before using the App.
1. For iOS Users (Apple Standard EULA)
If you download UpDue from the Apple App Store, your use of the App is also governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA):

2. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
UpDue stores all data locally on your device. We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from app uninstallation, device loss, damage, reset, or operating system issues.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of UpDue shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.
4. Refunds and Cancellations
- iOS: Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple under their policies
- Android: Refunds are handled by Google Play under their policies
UpDue does not process refunds directly.
